Then about four or 5 yrs after we received them, the non-stick coating began breaking down on the large skillet and big pot. The firm was once great about sending us new ones. But now it's 4 or 5 12 monthss later and those same items (the ones we use the most) are breaking down again. We are very careful in how we handle this cookware; there are not any scratches in the finish and we simplest handwash them. It just looks like they have acquired a limited existencespan. Now we're debating whether or not to try and get them replaced again or buy something else.
